The recruitment of junior engineers and alumni
ISTOM has 430 students and 2,300 graduates in activity in 122 countries, all of them as specialists in international agro-development.
ISTOM Alumni, ISTOM’s association of engineers and graduates has over 600 active members and offers services such as technical forums, a directory, an employment cell, etc.
The ISTOM Alumni employment cell is managed by ISTOM’s Business Relationship Department. It offers you to advertise your job opportunities within the graduate network and towards the students completing their engineering traning cycle. ISTOM can also provide the facilities for your recruitment interviews on the site at Cergy.

The different recruitment methods
Hosting an intern is a valuable test to find out about new potentials before recruiting. Find out more about the different internships offered by ISTOM.
The VIE formula (international volunteering for companies) and the VIA formula (international volunteering for administrations) are available for graduates. Further information available on the website of Ubifrance (support network for helping French businesses develop internationally). With international volunteering, you will entrust a professional mission abroad to a junior engineering aged up to 28 for 6 to 24 months.
